We are a Contract Manufacturer and US Distributor of LED Grow Lights and Controlled Environment Agriculture Equipment. We partner directly with three of the world’s most advanced OEM production facilities, leveraging their massive scale to deliver tier-1 hardware without the tier-1 markup.

Our manufacturing partners are publicly traded multinational corporations listed on their major stock exchanges. Our production footprint spans China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Mexico.

Because our partner factories are not on the public marketplace and strictly do not sell direct to consumers, we serve as the vital bridge. We operate in strategic alliance with these industrial giants. We drive the specifications, we control the quality, and we own the inventory here in the US. Together, we build technology at scale.

We realized the industry was broken, so we fixed it. Leveraging an electrical engineering background and direct OEM connections, we built our own fixtures. In 2019, we left the 10,000 sq ft canopy to run this company full-time.
