We are a contract manufacturer and direct US distributor of LED grow lights and controlled environment agriculture (CEA) equipment. We collaborate exclusively with three leading OEM facilities—publicly traded multinational corporations with manufacturing operations in China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Mexico. As these partners do not engage in direct-to-consumer sales, we oversee product specifications, quality assurance, and maintain inventory within the United States.

Our origins trace back to commercial cultivation operations in Southern California during the 2010s. In response to sharply rising electricity rates, we transitioned to a prominent US LED brand in 2017, only to encounter a 50% failure rate within six months and protracted warranty issues that necessitated reverting to HPS systems. Drawing on electrical engineering expertise and established OEM relationships, we developed superior fixtures. By 2019, we transitioned fully from our 10,000 sq ft facility to dedicate ourselves to this enterprise.
